A neighborhood watch's primary function is to be the eyes and ears for the authorities. To be vigilant, to detect suspicious behavior and to report this to the authorities.

One of the best ways of doing this is to patrol the neighborhood on foot or in a vehicle, especially during periods when crime normally occurs.

Komwatch patrollers patrol at all times of the day and night, and this is one of our main focus areas. We try to keep patroling to levels where this is not an onerous task for the patrollers. This can easily be done if we have enough patrollers.

The aim is that each patroller does not have to patrol more than once a month. The more patrollers we have, the easier this target is, and the better we can ensure that there is always someone on patrol in the neighborhood. Why don't you become a patroller?
